When it comes to finding the perfect CBD dosage, there’s no such thing as a one-size-fits-all approach. The dosage that works for you personally might be a completely different for someone else.
How much should I take?
For beginners, we recommend to start low and go slow.
The legal recommended daily dose of CBD is 20mg. This means that our 1000mg strength equates to a dosage of 12 drops per day, and our 1500mg - 8 drops per day.
However, this is generally considered a conservative dosage by international standards. For context, in the UK it is 70mg a day, in Australia it is 60mg a day, and in the USA it is 50mg a day.
It is important to remember that everyone's biochemistry is unique, and like with all food, beverage, cosmetic and medical products, everyone will react differently to CBD and will find it effective in different dosages and to varying degrees.
For this reason you may find that your body needs more CBD than someone else, or you may find that it is not as effective as someone else finds it.
It is recommended that you see how your body reacts on whatever amount you feel is best for you to start with, then adjust accordingly.
When should I take it?
How and when you administer this dose is entirely a matter of preference. Half can be taken in the morning and half in the evening, or all can be taken at once. This dose can also be topped up at any time when necessary to treat an ongoing condition if it flares up.
For best results, it is recommended that CBD be taken regularly and consistently. The full effect of it being incorporated into your routine can be felt after 7 days. However, CBD can also be used in isolation to treat situational conditions, and the effects will still be felt.
